Chef Shaun has been attending our Team Retreats for the last 4 years and we hope to continue the tradition. Chef Shaun is professional yet approachable and was always available to deliver personal requests on top of a well-thought out meal plan for the week. Feeding almost 20 people from an Air BNB home kitchen is no easy feat, but Shaun handles everything in stride.
Chef Shaun has a very calm demeanor, is quiet while preparing the meals, and delights in delivering fully prepared courses to the table and listening to the sounds of happy people eating great food. Some of the standouts that are “must haves” at our Team Retreats: fall-off-the-bone ribs, beer can chicken, tender filet mignon and heavenly desserts.
